We accept returns on unopened, unused items within 14 days of delivery. Due to the nature of fragrance, we’re unable to accept returns on opened or used products.
If your order arrived damaged or there was a mistake, email us at help@leierfragrances.com with your order number and a quick note. We’ll make it right.

– Original shipping fees are non-refundable
– Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless we made a mistake)
– We do not accept returns on samples or final sale items
